1. UFH plus 628 H.T. Liquid Flow Dyeing Machine

- Storage chamber is equipped with X-Y plaiter. It can guarantee the maximum loading of different GSM fabrics.

- Wavy guide tube. It can improve the dyeing quality and wider range of fabric applications

- Independent control of pressure and flow on the front & rear nozzles, suitable for different fabrics

- Dosing dilution circulation system. It can avoid excessive concentration gradients when dosing in low liquor ratio

2. ASH plus Multi-flow Dyeing Machine 

- Initially developed by Texpro Group. It’s now the fourth-generation.  

- Saving winch power consumption by more than 67% compared to conventional airflow dyeing machines

- Increasing the capacity of single tube, reducing the rated power of fan and reducing the power consumption per unit weight of fabric.

- Combined nozzle, high dyeing evenness during fabric running in every cycle

- Dyeing liquid and fabric exchange with each other during rinsing. It’s with high rinsing efficiency and water-saving

- Suitable for dyeing sensitive color. It has low demands for the dyeing process

- Significant water-saving and energy-saving features. It ensures right-first-time dyeing.                                        

3. Texpro & Stentex Stenter T8668

- Built-in single duct ECO-AIR inside machine chamber

-The machine is with patented nozzle. Fabric is evenly expanded in the suspension state. Hand feeling is better.

-The air inlet of the chamber is equipped with shielding device to reduce the loss of hot air and improve the production efficiency.

- Using touch-screen centralized control system. The machine is with high degree of automation and is easy to operate.

- Using Germany Lenz full servo control system. The machine is with high precision and has reliable performance.

- Heat recovery device is with automatic cleaning function: perfectly interpret the combination of economic and environmental protection concept.
